Reggie Corrigan

Reggie is a former professional rugby player with over ten years playing experience for Leinster and Ireland and 5 years professional coaching. Reggie has a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Management from UCD. Reggie is also involved in media as a commentator for Rugby on Free Sports, Premier Sports and Virgin media as well as a regular radio contributor on RTE, Newstalk and BBC.

Ian Madden

Ian is a 20 year veteran of the fitness industry with a background in physical therapy. With over 20,000 practical coaching hours, Ian has worked with clients ranging from endurance athletes such as world and national champion rowers and skiers to team sports such as the Irish international 7’s football squad. He is currently lecturing in the sports course with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health alongside owning a CrossFit facility in Greystones.
