Energy Burner: Classroom Movement Break.

  1. Split class into groups. We operate the one work/one rest system. When Group 1 are  working, Group 2 are sitting and vice versa. For larger classes create more groups but still only have one group working at a time unless space allows you to do more.
  2. Allocate your exercises, in this video we are using walkouts, v-ups and mountain climbers but as always you can vary the exercises used.
  3. Create a safe working space between desks and highlight this space to each group.
  4. On ‘go’, call Group 1 up and get them to execute 1st exercise, they then sit while Group 2 does the same, and so on.
